Who We Are

The world and our place in it is at once definable and elusive. Everyday we filter more and more information, trying to separate the noise from the nuggets of truth we can move forward with. In an effort to always be in the moment our attentions are pulled in various directions. Without a plan the distractions create their own plan and you follow without knowing.

All of our paths are different with infinite choices. To get clarity on the difficult choices, the easy ones need to be preprogrammed. You should have 6 things you do exactly the same every day, each one of them supporting a goal. If there is somewhere you need to be every day, to give your full attention, doing your goal tasks before you get there, is a map to success.

An example: Work at 8

5:30 AM Alarm

5:30-5:40 meditate awake (goal conscious living)- what you need to and don’t need to think about today

5:40-5:55- Make coffee, tea or matcha (goal motivation)

5:45 -5;55 Olive Oil, garlic and lemon, yogurt, supplements (goal health and balance),

5:55-6:20- Drink Coffee, tea or matcha and exercise (squats and resistance training sets)-(Goal Reinforcing fitness)--positive affirmations (Goal self confirmation/confidence building)

6:20-7:00 AM- Shower and preparation - continue -positive affirmations (Goal self confirmation/confidence building)

7:00 AM-8:00 AM- commute -review day calendar, morning global information stream (Goal stay relevant and informed)

By 8:00 AM I am at my work place and have already fulfilled daily goals of:

1, Purposeful Conscious living (begin the day meditating)

2. Self motivation (simple tasks of collection and execution)

3. Good health and nutritional balance (start the day right it goes right)

4. Continued fitness and growth (exercising first, with out hesitation, starts the day with accomplishments)

5. Positive self reinforcement= (an hour of telling yourself you are great will make you feel great all day)

6. Stay relevant and informed (BE HERE NOW requires you know who you should BE, where exactly HERE is and what is going on NOW)

I can engage in my tasks with out distraction as I have furthered each of my six goals before arriving. I take regular breaks during the day and consume fruits and nuts when hungry. I maximize the opportunities for extended walks and always keep an eye out for new things I can add to my routine to be even more effective.
